the past couple days i have gone for a run (slow jog), and let me tell you, i feel great! i've sort of made every excuse in the book to not exercise lately. and that's just silly. there are so many benefits to running, and taking in the fresh air is at the top of my list.
now, if only i could learn to forget the bowl of pasta i scarf down after my run.
i'll have to work in that ;)
